Event Rules
To ensure the event runs smoothly, all attendees must adhere to the following rules. Violation of these rules may result in being asked to leave the venue without a refund.
General Rules
- Glass bottles, bottled, and canned beverages or containers are not permitted inside the venue. Carrying dangerous items, sharp objects, explosives, flammable substances, loudspeakers/amplification equipment, or any type of weapon, imitation weapon props, and seditious banners/slogans is strictly prohibited. Displaying or using the national flag, national emblem, regional flag, regional emblem, or their designs/patterns within the venue is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- Please do not bring or consume non-soup food inside the venue, and please do not litter. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Persons who are inappropriately dressed will not be admitted. Wearing any clothing with political, racist, or provocative content, displaying items of such nature, or making related gestures or actions within the venue is strictly prohibited.
- The general public is prohibited from bringing in or setting up tripods, monopods, or oversized photography equipment within the venue.
- No animals are allowed with the exception of guide dogs.
- If any person violates the event rules or interferes with the conduct of the event, the Organizer reserves the right to require that person to leave the venue without any compensation or refund.
- Each ticket is valid for one person only. Children of all ages, including infants, require a ticket for entry. On the same day, after leaving the venue, re-entry is permitted with an event wristband.
- Attendees will receive one event guidebook upon entry, while supplies last.
- The final admission time for the general public is 6:30 PM. The event concludes at 7:00 PM; all attendees are requested to vacate the venue promptly after the event ends.
- Please do not arrive at the venue excessively early. Overnight queuing prior to the event day is strictly prohibited.
- Please refrain from any behavior that may cause disturbance or nuisance to the surrounding neighborhood and environment of the venue.
Rules for Cosplayers
- Staff members reserve the right to deny entry to cosplayers wearing excessively revealing outfits.
- Persons carrying large props or wearing clothing or accessories exceeding dimensions of 2m (H) × 1m (W) × 1m (D) are not permitted to enter the venue premises.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to attendees carrying excessively large or bulky luggage.
- To avoid public confusion, persons wearing the following attire are prohibited from entering the venue: Costumes imitating current or historic uniformed organizations, including but not limited to military personnel, police officers, security guards, or any attire that could reasonably be mistaken for an official uniform.
- Please note that there are no changing rooms or makeup areas provided within the venue.
- General participants who wish to cosplay at the event should make their own arrangements prior to arriving.
- Using venue restrooms for costume changes is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate revocation of admission.
- Cosplayers are responsible for their personal belongings and safety.
Luggage Storage Rules and Regulations
- Operating hours for this service are from 12:15 PM to 6:15 PM. Unclaimed luggage after operating hours will be transferred to The Twins Customer Service Department.
- The storage fee is HK$20 per item on a single-use basis. Each retrieval ends the service, and re-storing requires a new payment.
- Please go to the Luggage Storage Counter on the 9th floor, scan the QR code with your mobile phone to fill out the form, pay after staff verify luggage size and safety, and confirm registration with an event wristband.
- Please keep your event wristband safe. Luggage retrieval strictly requires verification via the wristband.
- Valuable items, dangerous goods, fresh food, unsealed beverages, perishable goods, or items with strong odors cannot be stored.
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse oversized or fragile luggage.
- This service provides space storage management only. Please lock your belongings securely; the organizers accept no liability for any loss or damage to property.
